* Students who has received the acceptance notification email from the admission Department (student passd the Entrance Test and Interview), has to make a Deposit Fee Rp. 30.000.000 according to the invoice date to secure their seat. This Deposit Fee is non-refundable and transferable.

** Students going into Grades 9 and 11 will pay upfront Learning Material Fee 2 years as they will be embarking on 2-years courses of the IGCSE and IBDP and most of their learning materials will be issued at the start of the 2-years course. They need not pay any learning material fee when they move to Grade 10 or 12 the following year. 

• Entrance Test Fees
  Fees are charged (per subject) for the administration of the entrance tests.
• Admission Fee
  Upon admission, a one-time admission fee is charged to process the admission of new students.
• School Fee* *
  The School fee includes all tuition fees for academic and extension work and in most cases, school-provided co-curricular activities(For some CCAs, co-payment is necessary).
  It excludes school uniforms, textbooks, external examination fees, camps, overseas trips and enrichment activities.
• Early Bird Discount
  To enjoy the discount granted, every student must make the Deposit Fee Rp 30.000.000 (non-refundable & non-transferable) within 3 days after the student is accepted by ACS Jakarta (pass the Entrance Test and Interview). After that, full and complete payment must be made by the due dates stipulated. As long as documentary proof of payment (e.g. bank slip stating transfer of money) is made by or on the due date, the discount will be given. Strict adherence to this procedure is required and no appeals will be entertained.

  The Early Bird Discount scheme is applicable for every child in the family.
  15% discount on School Fee is given to new students who are successfully admitted in the coming academic year. Full and complete payment must be made by the due date stipulated in the letter of admission that is issued. Failure to do so will mean that the discount will no longer be valid.

• Learning Material Fee**
  This covers the cost of the main learning materials distributed to students necessary for their learning (textbooks, exercise books, writing pads, etc) but not supplementary materials like revision & assessment guide books, calculators, computer software, etc.
• Parent Support Group
  As from 2011/2012, all parents of students will automatically be members of the Parents’ Support Group of the School and the School has set aside a budget each year for the PSG Committee to carry out its activities (e.g. workshops, seminars, talks etc) and operations for the benefit of parents and students.

** Fees mentioned above are on an annual basis, non-refundable, non-transferable should a student leave in the course of the academic year.
Please note that the School reserves the right to revise the fees quoted at anytime. However, once full payment is made, no additional fees will be charged/collected should the fees be revised.

• Camps for Grades 5, 7, 9 and 11
  Every year, all students from Grade 5, 7, 9 and 11 are required to attend one major educational camp. The costs range from USD 700 to USD 1,600 per student. It depends on the grade level, the camp location and the number of students attending.
  Please note that this is part of the school curriculum as we believe in providing a holistic education. All students thus would be required to attend (unless deemed medically unfit by a doctor).
  We strongly believe that the Camp programmes are of great benefit to all students.
• External Examinations Fees
  Students sitting for the Cambridge Board Examinations or the IB Diploma Examinations by the International Baccalaureate Organization would have to pay for their Examination fees. Collection of these Examination Fees will be at a later date when the two Examination Boards have finalized and informed us of the details. As a guide, the IGCSE and the IBDP Exam Fees are from USD 800 - 1000, depending on the subjects and number of subjects signed up for. The Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Tests fees are about USD 100.
